SHADOW WORK WOMENS CIRCLE NOV 2024
Event description
This month we will be introduced to the concept of shadow work and the shadow self and how understanding this aspect of ourselves can support our development and healing.
As always, there is no need to 'fix' anything nor to feel a certain way. The topic that we choose is only a starting point for us to share space together. This is a session for you to just be - to sit in circle with like minded women in a safe and supportive environment.
Bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer to sit on the floor rather than in a chair, bring some kind of zafu/cushion for your comfort.
Tickets are non-refundable.
